Flint McGlaughlin
Managing Director (CEO)
Flint McGlaughlin is the Managing Director and CEO of MECLABS. The organization has partnered with key market leaders including The New York Times, Johnson and Johnson, Microsoft and Matrikon. Dr. McGlaughlin also serves as the Director of Enterprise Research at the Transforming Business Institute, University of Cambridge (UK), as the Chairman of the Board of Governors for St. Stephen’s University and as a Trustee for Westminster Theological Centre. His primary research is focused on enterprise as transformative agent. His work has won multiple awards and has been quoted in more than 13,000 online and offline sources.

Brian Carroll
Executive Director of Applied Research
Brian Carroll is Executive Director of Applied Research at MECLABS and CEO of InTouch, part of the MECLABS Group. Author of the popular book, Lead Generation for the Complex Sale (McGraw-Hill), Carroll is a leading expert in lead generation and he's profiled and regularly quoted in numerous publications. Brian also speaks to 20,000 people a year on improving sales effectiveness and lead generation strategies. He’s been profiled and regularly quoted in numerous publications such as BtoB Magazine, Selling Power, The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Target Marketing, Inc. magazine, Marketing News, DM News, MarketingProfs, MarketingSherpa, Software CEO and CMO Magazine.

Scott Howard
Executive Director of Operations
Scott oversees all operations across MECLABS Primary and Applied Research groups, ensuring that all clients and audiences receive a consistent, high-level of value from MECLABS. Before joining MECLABS in May 2008, Scott was the Vice President and Head of Pre-Settlement Operations for Macquarie Bank and has held operational leadership roles for other financial industry firms such as Countrywide Home Loans, PHH Mortgage, and Merrill Lynch. Scott holds a degree from the highly ranked Department of Economics at Indiana University in Bloomington.

Paul Clowe
Senior Director of Finance & Operations, Primary Research
After a 14 year career in the industrial B2B marketplace, Paul joined the MarketingExperiments team in March of 2008 as a Research Analyst. He directed several successful Research Partnerships before being tapped to head up the Training & Certification department for the company. His newest role is to lead the Finance and Operations efforts for the Primary Research Division of MECLABS. Paul graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Finance, but has spent the majority of his career in a marketing capacity.

Bob Kemper
Senior Director of Sciences
Bob manages enterprise experimentation and discovery processes for MECLABS. He serves on the Curriculum and Alumni boards for the Executive MBA program of the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University, and on the board of the Jacksonville chapter of the National Association of Business Economists (NABE). Over the last 25 years, Bob has practiced and managed engineering and business operations in companies ranging in size from 12 to 55,000 employees, and served as Manager of Technology Planning & Asset Management, Director of Finance, and Chief of Operations. Among his personal interests, he lists tennis, gymnastics, and applied statistics.

Todd Lebo
Senior Director of Content & Business Development, Primary Research
Todd Lebo came to the MECLABS Primary Research group in 2008 and has since directed successful launches of best-selling marketing research benchmark reports, industry-leading marketing conferences and various regional workshops under the MarketingSherpa brand. Business development responsibilities include leading innovative projects with strategic partners to help them meet specific goals in lead generation, brand building and thought leadership. Before joining MECLABS, Todd was Marketing Director at The Kiplinger Washington Editors and National Institute of Business Management, marketing both B2B and B2C products. He got his start in the specialized newsletter publishing industry with Thompson Publishing Group, and has twenty years of marketing experience, with a focus on direct-response marketing and business development.

Pat Lorch
Senior Director of Information Technology
Pat is a co-founder of InTouch and a former partner in iNETech, Inc. From early software development positions with Plato Learning and WebMD, he developed his expertise in software architecture and application development. At WebMD, his applications were among the first to utilize the Internet to send secure healthcare transactions. He developed numerous applications at iNETech, including the most successful add-on applications for Lawson Insight. Pat is chiefly responsible for all technology and systems, including the development of the MECLABS Leads Group system, which manages the execution of all lead generation and lead nurturing client services activities.

Brandon Stamschror
Senior Director of Operations, Leads Group
Brandon is a co-founder of InTouch and a former partner at iNETech, Inc. From early operational positions with 3M and functional financial and accounting experience at iNETech, Brandon has become the key driver of all operational processes and support teams that execute the Leads Group client engagements. Brandon recently collaborated with Brian Carroll on his book, Lead Generation for the Complex Sale (McGraw-Hill, 2006). Brandon earned his B.S.B. in operations management at the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.

Sergio Balegno
Director of Research, Primary Research
As Director of Research for the MECLABS Primary Research group, Sergio manages a team of analysts who conduct studies of marketing practices, publish content in the form of benchmark reports, how-to handbooks and training curriculum, and present findings at industry events, training workshops and webinars. He has worked in marketing since 1980, first on the brand-side as Vice President of Marketing in the airline industry, then on the agency-side as a founding partner of a B2B marketing communications firm. Prior to joining MECLABS Primary Research in 2008, Sergio was Managing Director of an online marketing consultancy.

Chuck Coker
Director of Training, Training Group
Chuck joined MECLABS Group in January 2007 to drive the growth of the organization through the recruitment, acquisition and retention of high-value employees. In 2010 he assumed the role of Director of Training in the MECLABS Training Group, leading our various marketing training programs. His background includes work with AT&T, General Foods, Harris Corporation, Sprint PCS, Tupperware, Verizon and Zurich and he has developed over 50 training programs. He is a past Chair of the President’s Council of the National Speakers Association and has been a guest lecturer at universities such Auburn, Harvard, Westminster and Moscow State. Chuck is a former USMC Officer and a 7th degree Grandmaster Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. His education includes both B.A and Ph.D. degrees.

Dave Green
Director of Best Practices, Applied Research
Dave Green has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of lead generation and in channel marketing. 
Clients have included Cisco, Microsoft, Qwest, PTC, Avaya, Symantec, Computer Associates, & Novell. Key accomplishments include designing for two of the largest software companies telesales operations that significantly exceeded first-year quota by over 30 and 60 percent, respectively. Green also wrote the business plan and helped secure the funding for a department focused on demand generation and global lead management for a Fortune 500 firm.  Green then helped recruit the staff and select the vendors that drove over a billion dollars in pipeline in the first 20 months of operation. In 2001 David teamed with Michael Saylor to co-author The B2B Refinery®, a book about the value of organizational alignment to maximize ROI on go-to-market resources.

Pamela Markey
Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy
Pamela builds strategic partnerships, plans promotional initiatives, and is responsible for all communication- and marketing-related activities. If it impacts a MECLABS brand, it goes through Pamela. Before joining the team in June 2009, Pamela worked for seven years as a wireless marketing manager at Bell Canada, during which time she spearheaded marketing communications for the national Solo Mobile and Bell Mobility brands. Pamela’s work has been recognized at Cannes, the CLIOs, and the Canadian Marketing Awards among others. She started her marketing career at Microsoft while completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Dalhousie University.

Gina Townsend
Director of Operations, Conversion Group
Within the Conversion Group, Gina leads a team of research analysts that have driven double-digit ROI gains for e-commerce and financial industry Research Partners. Before joining MECLABS in June 2006, she ran the creative team at SECURE-RES (now Vizergy), an internet marketing firm that specializes in hotels and resorts. After graduating from Flagler College with a B.A. in Communications, she began her career at direct marketing company Harte-Hanks, where she managed enterprise accounts in the financial, automotive, and insurance industries.
